Twenty minutes. No deck, no discovery questionnaire. You describe what you're building, we tell you whether we're the right team for it. If we're not, we'll gladly point you toward someone who is.

Scope and a real number
Clear scope gets a fixed proposal in a few days. Unclear scope gets Sprint Zero: two paid weeks where we design the architecture and come back with a plan you own either way. Existing codebase, we read it first and tell you honestly what shape it's in.

Building, in the open

Who actually writes the code?
Our senior engineers. We do not subcontract and we do not swap in juniors after the contract is signed.
What does AI-augmented mean?
Our engineers use tools like Claude Code to move faster on implementation. Architecture decisions, code review, and accountability stay human. You get senior-quality output at higher speed, not generated code shipped unread.
Who owns the code?
You do. Every engagement includes an NDA and 100% IP assignment, in the contract, not in a promise.
What timezones do you cover?
We are based in CET. That is a full working-day overlap with the UK and EU, and overlap until early afternoon US Eastern. Demos are scheduled in your timezone.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. We start with a paid review (usually inside Sprint Zero) so both sides know the real state of the code before committing to a squad.
What if it is not working out?
Squad engagements are monthly. Thirty days notice, documented handover, no lock-in.
